• Build a strong understanding of UNRVLD's proposition and service lines, matched to our target audiences and their requirements, so you can effectively engage potential new clients.
• Devise and deliver targeted outbound campaigns to prospects in our ICP, supported by data from UNRVLD's GTM team, to generate and nurture new business leads.
• Qualify leads and early-stage opportunities on introductory calls, bringing in colleagues where appropriate, to determine a prospect's requirements and shape our response.
• Represent UNRVLD at our own and external events, using them to raise awareness, start conversations with prospects and nurture relationships over time.
• Conduct audience research and profiling focused on our Ideal Customer Profile, building market intelligence at company and contact level.
• Use our CRM and AI tools to supplement your capacity and capability across outbound campaigns, supported by the rest of the GTM team.
• Track all activity and insights in our CRM system.

• Become an expert user of our sales and marketing operations platforms, including HubSpot, Airtable, research tools such as Hunter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our AI orchestration platform
• Support others in the team with using these tools
• Lead audience research and profiling focused on our Ideal Customer Profile, identifying relevant targets at company and contact level and building market intelligence to inform marketing activity
• Identify and build AI agents, skills and workflows using our marketing automation and AI platforms to maximise the team's capability, focusing on reducing manual workload around audience building, data hygiene, reporting and market insights
• Build audiences for, and report on, campaigns promoting content, events and other conversion points to UNRVLD's target audience across owned and earned channels
• Develop insights on companies and contacts in our ABM programme, including their digital strategy, key platforms, challenges and likely buying cycle, to inform personalised engagement
• Work with the Business Development Team to identify prospects for outbound activity and report on the results
