About the role
- Own the plan per partner: Build quarterly GTM plans with audience targeting, channel mix, offer architecture, localization, budget/co-funding, and a clear KPI tree
- Launch & always-on campaigns: Orchestrate social, push, email/CRM, in-app placements, web, and OOH with the client’s brand/compliance teams; manage the end-to-end approvals calendar
- Acquire & penetrate: Drive ≥10% penetration of each client’s customer base in the first 90 days, then compound quarter-on-quarter via segmented growth loops
- Retain & remarket: Build lifecycle journeys, win-backs, and frequency-cap strategies that lift repeat traffic and bookings
- Promos that convert: Design fenced, data-driven offers tailored to demographics, seasonality, and spend profiles; negotiate co-funding; measure incremental lift
- Compete & win locally: Track OTA competitors and corridor trends to craft market-specific strategies with the goal to capture ≥50% of the client’s consumers’ travel spend within 12 months
- AI-first execution: Use AI to research, ideate, generate copy/visuals, localize, and automate workflows- from brief to ship in days, not weeks
- Operate with rigor: Own the marketing calendar, asset tracker, UTM taxonomy, QA (segmentation, deliverability, brand), and performance reporting
- Partner with Product & Eng: Brief experiments, instrument funnels, and push features that move CVR, AOV, and repeat
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in partner/lifecycle/growth marketing at a B2B2C or marketplace (travel, fintech, telco a plus)
- Proven record launching multi-market, multi-channel campaigns with enterprise stakeholders (brand/compliance/legal/CRM)
- Hands-on with CRM & analytics (e.g., Braze/Iterable/CleverTap, GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel), A/B testing, cohorts, UTMs; spreadsheet or basic SQL comfort
- Creative chops: crisp brief writing, strong copy instincts, storyboard/thumbnail sense; Figma/Canva basics; localization (Arabic/Bahasa) is a plus
- Builder’s mindset: ownership, speed, and accountability to hard KPIs; excellent stakeholder management and written communication
