About the Role: We\'re looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy to lead and optimize our revenue engine. You will be responsible for the alignment of our sales, marketing, and customer success functions, and for building the operational foundation that enables consistent and scalable revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring you to partner with executive leaders to develop and execute our go-to-market strategy, manage our revenue tech stack, and foster a data-driven culture. The Impact U will make: Lead Our Revenue Strategy & Forecasting Lead Our Revenue Strategy & Forecasting, Optimize Our Tech Stack & GTM Processes, Drive Cross-Functional Leadership, Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team that includes our RFP Manager, Sales Ops Analyst, and BDRs. Champion a company-wide culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. What U bring: 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Demonstrable expertise in compensation design and administration. You have a proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing sales compensation plans that motivate teams and drive business results. A proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership. A deep, strategic understanding of GTM funnels, key metrics, and forecasting methodologies. Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and other key revenue platforms. Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with a history of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
