- Drive growth and performance across travel retail channels
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key travel retail operators
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Oversee order management processes
- Partner cross-functionally to support the successful launch and growth of new locations
- Analyze sales performance and market trends

- Represent the brand with sophistication
Requirements
- Solid experience within travel retail
- Strong understanding of cruise and airport environments
- Experience working with key cruise partners such as Starboard, Avolta, MSC, 360 (Onboard Media), and Heinemann
- Background in cruise lines and onboard retail
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of the jewelry category within travel retail is highly appreciated
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) is highly valued
