About the role
- Act as a consultative Instructor, playing a strategic role throughout the client’s end-to-end learning journey.
- Manage the project and build the client relationship, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring clear communication and ongoing alignment with the client.
- Identify and address learning needs raised by the client or internal team, activating actions and/or adapting the approach and journey when necessary.
- Coordinate schedule management and engagement activations, as well as additional strategic activities throughout the journey.
- Be responsible for delivering the training or, when needed, connect and manage another instructor assigned to the project.
- Evaluate results and monitor project performance.
- Maintain a proactive stance in receiving feedback, ensuring Conquer’s voice is represented with excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a teacher, facilitator, or educational consultant, preferably in corporate (B2B / in-company) contexts.
- Experience with corporate education projects, organizational development, trainings, or learning journeys.
- Experience in client relationship management and consultative roles.
- Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders (client, internal team, instructors, leadership).
- Ability to adapt content and approaches according to the client’s context.
- Capability to manage educational projects.
