About the role
- Manage the full cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a frictionless and positive candidate experience
- Proactive pipeline development and sourcing
- Conduct first-round interviews with candidates
- Monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle
- Screen candidate applications and handle communication
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage external job postings to attract unique talent
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Working experience in the role of Recruiter with technical positions for 5+ years
- Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across Fintech
- Executive Search experience required
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (B2-С1)
- Excellent attention to details
- Out-of-box mindset and proactivity
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn continuously, leverage and extend your expertise by participating in HR-related projects of the company
