About the role

  • Manage the full cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a frictionless and positive candidate experience
  • Proactive pipeline development and sourcing
  • Conduct first-round interviews with candidates
  • Monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle
  • Screen candidate applications and handle communication
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Manage external job postings to attract unique talent
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on recruitment metrics

Requirements

  • Working experience in the role of Recruiter with technical positions for 5+ years
  • Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across Fintech
  • Executive Search experience required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (B2-С1)
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Out-of-box mindset and proactivity
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn continuously, leverage and extend your expertise by participating in HR-related projects of the company
