About the role

  • Selling banking products and solutions within assigned sales channels
  • Acquiring and developing clients and agents, including corporate security firms, consulting firms, and e-commerce service providers
  • Conducting client meetings, consultations, and regular field visits
  • Managing client applications and supporting deals through approval
  • Ensuring high-quality sales execution and accurate documentation
  • Adhering to compliance requirements and internal bank procedures
  • Maintaining CRM data and sales reporting
  • Achieving individual KPIs and sales targets
  • Participating in training programs and pilot projects

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience
  • Proven experience leading or supervising field sales teams
  • Background in FMCG, B2B field sales, or similar fast-paced sales environments
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance control
  • Experience working with agents, partners, or distributed sales channels
  • Ability to build teams from scratch and scale operations across markets
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations
