About the role
- Selling banking products and solutions within assigned sales channels
- Acquiring and developing clients and agents, including corporate security firms, consulting firms, and e-commerce service providers
- Conducting client meetings, consultations, and regular field visits
- Managing client applications and supporting deals through approval
- Ensuring high-quality sales execution and accurate documentation
- Adhering to compliance requirements and internal bank procedures
- Maintaining CRM data and sales reporting
- Achieving individual KPIs and sales targets
- Participating in training programs and pilot projects
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of working experience
- Proven experience leading or supervising field sales teams
- Background in FMCG, B2B field sales, or similar fast-paced sales environments
- Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance control
- Experience working with agents, partners, or distributed sales channels
- Ability to build teams from scratch and scale operations across markets
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations
