Learning and Development

• Design learning experiences alongside the product lead and subject-matter experts, and document the decisions behind them.
• Translate educational content into interactive designs: learner flows, interaction steps, UI wireframes, NPC dialogue, visual references or storyboards, and the specifications the development and art teams build from.
• Review implemented features and produced assets against design intent, and give clear, structured feedback.
• Adjust designs in response to QA and playtesting, keeping documentation up to date throughout.
• Help improve UniVirtual's design templates, documentation standards, and design processes.
• Collaborate across a cross-functional team of developers, artists, QA, subject-matter experts, and leadership.
