About the role
- Leadership, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy
- Plan, develop, coordinate, manage, and execute the recruitment and admissions process
- Advise, coach, and guide prospective business students
- Collaborate with UW-Milwaukee's Office of Undergraduate Admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools and 2-year colleges
- Lead the development and execution of the annual recruitment plan
- Assess recruitment initiatives and refine plans based on findings
- Recruit, train, and supervise a cohort of Lubar ambassadors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- One or more years of professional work or internship experience working with high school students, college students, and/or parents related to higher education
- Event planning experience
