💰 $60,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Directing, coordinating, and supervising the functions of the centralized Patient Access Services department
- Promoting effective communication and high levels of performance to support clinical services and administrative duties
- Ensuring a positive customer experience, complete and accurate patient documentation
- Ongoing employee training and engagement, and adherence to all key performance indicators and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field preferred
- Associate’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare call center/access operations and scheduling experience
- At least 2 years or more of supervisory/managerial experience in an ambulatory setting
- Successful customer service skills
- Minimum of 2 years scheduling/template building experience
- Knowledge of GE/IDX, EPIC and related programs
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
