💰 $60,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Directing, coordinating, and supervising the functions of the centralized Patient Access Services department
  • Promoting effective communication and high levels of performance to support clinical services and administrative duties
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience, complete and accurate patient documentation
  • Ongoing employee training and engagement, and adherence to all key performance indicators and metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field preferred
  • Associate’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare call center/access operations and scheduling experience
  • At least 2 years or more of supervisory/managerial experience in an ambulatory setting
  • Successful customer service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years scheduling/template building experience
  • Knowledge of GE/IDX, EPIC and related programs
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
