About the role

  • Operationalize research and evaluation requirements of maternal health programs
  • Focus on outcome evaluation design and implementation, data collection and management, statistical analysis, and reporting
  • Conduct process evaluation, manage report submissions, and assist in disseminating findings to drive impact
  • Work closely with numerous executive leaders, faculty, and staff to plan and implement appropriate and strategic evaluation components for outreach, didactic, and experiential events
  • Document baseline measures, conduct pre-/post-tests as appropriate, guide ongoing evaluation, assessment, and continuous quality improvement of program components
  • Work with project staff and stakeholders to ensure that resources, activities, and participants lead to measurable and reportable project outcomes
  • Assist in dissemination of findings through presentations and publications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree PLUS five (5) years of evaluation experience or management
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Little Rock, AR, or the Greater Northwest, AR, regions
  • Degree Major in Public Health, Education, Health Services Administration, Statistics, Health Policy and Management, or other related field with evaluation components, PLUS three (3) years of experience working in research administration or management
  • Proficient with qualitative and quantitative analysis software
  • Strong skills in outcome evaluation design and implementation
  • Experience in data collection, management, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to conduct process evaluation and manage report submissions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for disseminating findings
  • Collaborative teamwork in fast-paced, dynamic settings
