About the role
- Coordination and monitoring of the treatment and care process for outpatient and inpatient patients in the Central Emergency Department
- Close cooperation with medical and nursing staff
- Acting as an interface between physicians, therapists, medical controlling and IT
- Communication with referring physicians
- Transfer and bed management
- Securing reimbursement
- Work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts)
- Working on weekends and public holidays
Requirements
- Completed training in health and nursing (registered nurse qualification)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated approach
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a pleasant manner when dealing with patients and colleagues
- Confident use of IT systems (MS Office and SAP)
- Willingness to work on weekends
