About the role
- Independently manage the secretariat and organize day-to-day administrative operations
- Draft physicians' letters from voice dictation
- General administrative tasks, including document and data management
- Appointment coordination, scheduling and monitoring
- Planning and organizing meetings, conferences and business travel
- Undertake project-related special tasks to support departmental objectives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business administration, training as a medical assistant (MFA) or an equivalent qualification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High level of reliability, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Solid English skills, both written and spoken
