About the role
- Planning, monitoring and management of construction projects in accordance with HOAI, including cost, quality and schedule management
- Handling central construction-related issues and developing spatial and functional programs as well as implementing CAFM
- Collaboration with the State Administration Office (LaVA) on renovation, conversion and new-build projects
- Preparation and submission of building permit applications for renovation, conversion and new-build projects
- Monitoring construction schedules and deadlines
- Preparation of space utilization plans for existing buildings
- Development of organizational plans for temporary relocation of functional areas and user units
- Submission of funding applications for construction measures under the state funding regulations for building construction (RL Hochbau)
- Maintenance and updating of the property cadastre
- Space and lease contract management
Requirements
- Degree in architecture or equivalent, with several years of professional experience in an independent role
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Knowledge of space management, SAP, CAFM, MS Office; experience with CAD, AVA and project management software is an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, commitment and ability to work independently
- Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
