About the role
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Commercial teams to define and monitor key product metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and feature performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests around product releases and new feature rollouts to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Conduct ad-hoc and ongoing analyses of marketing channels and campaigns to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Fabric to communicate insights effectively.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Statsig, Python, and Bitbucket.
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard design.
- Solid statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design.
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other product experiments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to convey analytical findings clearly and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline).
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Digital Analytics roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing performance analysis and campaign attribution (preferred).
