About the role
- Recruit, develop, and lead a best-in-class content team across video, photography, post-production, and live-streaming.
- Build and oversee a large-scale production facility on the East Coast, establishing infrastructure, systems, and workflows that support both volume and creative innovation.
- Develop scalable content pipelines to support a diverse slate including e-commerce product content, digital marketing campaigns, social media assets, and premium long-form content.
- Partner closely with Project Creative Directors and the Design & Direction team to ensure creative alignment across all visual outputs.
- Oversee production budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, balancing creative ambition with operational discipline.
- Build post-production capabilities, optimizing workflow efficiency and asset management across projects.
- Collaborate with the Physical Production team to bring complex creative treatments to life through practical and technical excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising, Engagement, and Strategy teams to integrate content seamlessly across campaign touchpoints.
- Champion innovative production techniques, new formats, and emerging technologies to keep Fame House at the forefront of digital creative production.
- Inspire internal teams and external partners through exceptional creative standards, operational transparency, and shared vision.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in content production, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale creative or production teams.
- Proven success leading end-to-end production across photo, video, and live-streaming formats.
- Experience managing complex budgets, production schedules, and facility operations.
- Deep understanding of both creative and operational needs in content production, from pre-visualization through delivery.
- Track record of collaborating with creative leadership to deliver world-class artist and brand content.
- Expertise in vendor management, studio operations, and post-production pipelines.
- Strong familiarity with label and artist ecosystems, particularly within UMG or similar entertainment environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build layered teams, scale workflows, and deliver consistent, high-quality output across multiple concurrent projects.
- Passion for storytelling, music, and technology—and a relentless focus on executional excellence.
