Handle all accounting functions for UMG's Royalty Department
Interact with Central Accounting Services, Label Finance Teams, and various Royalty Teams
Work with three sub-divisions within Royalty Accounting Group
Drive finance and planning functions for various UMG business units
Support compliance program including internal control evaluation, design and documentation
Assist in preparation and assembly of financial forecasts and annual plans

Requirements

Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028
Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations)
Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
Ideal candidates will have:
Basic accounting skills and knowledge
Understanding debit and credit.
Working knowledge of Excel and formulas
Business-related background (preferably in accounting)
Critical/Analytical thinker
Bachelor’s degree qualified (specific to business, finance or accounting)
