About the role
- Own the product lifecycle for key financial tools, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and business teams to define product requirements and align on a roadmap
- Serve as the voice of the user, gathering feedback and conducting research to build products that solve real problems
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and user impact
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and inform future decisions
- Maintain clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications to ensure a smooth development process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on FinTech preferred
- Experience with both US and international financial structures, regulations, and systems is a plus
- A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to get things done and own your responsibilities
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, etc.) is a big advantage
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are constantly evolving
