Network Engineer

• Operate within a Cisco environment handling Cisco routers, switches, Chassis, etc.
• Install, configure, and maintain organizational network including Cisco switches and routers
• Familiar with Fortinet firewalls, routing, tunnels, etc.
• Familiar with Aruba Wireless Access Aruba Central
• Manages Windows networking environment, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory domain controllers
• Familiar with systems administration for data center server hardware and storage equipment provisioning
• Familiar with Nutanix infrastructure server assets, virtual machine performance, host resource management, and the overall environment
• Assists with Tier 3 service desk support cases for all company resources, including break/fix support and application upgrades
• Perform system backups
• Promote and practice workplace safety
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Executive Assistant

• Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for C-suite executives for internal and external audiences
• Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials
• Draft executive correspondence and key messaging aligned with organizational priorities
• Serve as a professional liaison between executives, the Corporate Communications team, and key stakeholders
• Draft and manage internal organizational announcements, including promotions, retirements, milestones, and leadership updates
• Partner with department heads to support communication needs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging
• Ensure all communications reflect the organization's voice, values, and strategic priorities
• Maintain adherence to company style guidelines to deliver polished, accurate, and high-quality content
• Act as a primary point of contact with the Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and communication strategy
• Support execution of enterprise-wide communication initiatives in partnership with Corporate Communications
• Represent the local business needs of communication support to the Corporate Communications team
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all internal and supported external channels
• Create engaging content for digital and social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat
• Utilize tools such as Canva to design visually compelling presentations, graphics, and branded materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content supporting key business initiatives
• Monitor communication effectiveness and engagement, recommending improvements as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's online branded merchandise vendor
• Ensure brand consistency, appropriate usage, and alignment with corporate identity standards across all merchandise
• Plan, coordinate, and support corporate events, executive meetings, and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in facilitating or leading community and employee engagement events as needed
• Maintain a strong understanding of company strategies, culture, policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate and relevant communications
