About the role

  • As a Key Account Manager you are not just working in sales — you act as a strategic advisor, a pioneer and a translator between technology and business.
  • Your task is to actively support IT departments in reducing dependencies, managing identities transparently, and building a sovereign IT architecture.
  • You bring digital sovereignty into organizations — making it a tangible, effective part of their IT strategy.
  • You don't just sell software — you sell control and the ability to shape IT environments.
  • You lead your customers and partners through the entire process: from the initial vision, through contract closing, to successful implementation.
  • You translate technical requirements into clear solutions and orchestrate our internal experts to drive projects to success together.

Requirements

  • You enjoy developing customers — not just closing deals.
  • You have experience in IT sales, ideally in software, infrastructure, security, or in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • You understand how modern IT departments function — and what they need today.
  • You can explain technical topics clearly and confidently navigate complex situations.
  • You are comfortable working with the public sector.
  • You want to stand for something bigger than a product: digital sovereignty.
  • You work in a structured, self-directed and reliable manner.
  • You enjoy traveling within the DACH region and communicate confidently in German and English.
