Responsible for guiding and driving the global marketing strategy for the Chemical Distribution & Services business unit aligned with the company's corporate identity.
Lead the execution of marketing communications campaigns, activities, and events.
Ensure adherence to policies, governance, and consistency of messaging and execution.
Develop external communications strategies and tactics that support the global business strategy for corporate and the CD&S division.
Develop and publish marketing that aligns to key divisional business priorities.
Lead activities related to new and existing customer and supplier growth.
Build the Univar Solutions brand to improve customer and supplier relationships.
Direct tactical marketing mix to increase awareness and generate impressions and sales leads.
Develop and implement audience growth strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
10 years of experience in functions related to Marketing or Communications.
Experience in Marketing Cloud Salesforce, Tableau, Romify, and FirstUp tools.
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Viva Engage, OneDrive, etc.)
Proven track record in developing and delivering content distribution strategies across multiple channels.
Proven ability to grow YouTube channels through strategic content planning, algorithm optimization, and subscriber engagement tactics.
Demonstrated success in applying YouTube analytics, algorithm insights, and standards to drive subscriber growth and increased views.
