About the role

Supports the preparation of the Annual and Quarterly Reports furnished to creditors in compliance with debt requirements
Assists with preparation of quarterly debt compliance and lender deliverables
Supports the corporate consolidation financial close process, providing the analysis for the consolidated financial statements and working with the team to maintain effective internal controls
Partners and provides financial deliverables required by other groups within the company including Treasury, Legal, Tax, and FP&A as needed
Assists with technical accounting research and analysis. Provides guidance to other groups within the Company and helps implement where appropriate
Point of contact for annual audit process with the external auditors
Assists in submitting census reports, preparing and reviewing financial reports for defined benefit and defined contribution employee programs and for relevant sustainability-based external reporting
Performs ad hoc projects or other related duties as required or requested

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred
3 - 5 years accounting experience (prefer public accounting or financial reporting experience)
Accounting and reporting (US GAAP) knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and meet deadlines
Experience working with OneStream and Workiva preferred
