Design, author, and maintain high-quality technical learning content using Unity, with a primary focus on on-demand video courses for professional audiences
Adapt existing on-demand training content for instructor-led delivery, ensuring alignment with established standards and formats
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to align content with learning frameworks, structure, and delivery requirements
Partner with Technical Trainers and subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy while minimizing dependency on external contributors
Plan, produce, and edit video content to support Unity’s growing on-demand training catalog
Contribute to course outlines, learning scenarios, and supporting materials across industries and use cases
Stay current with Unity product development, features, and roadmap to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience using Unity in a production, training, or educational environment
Demonstrated experience creating technical learning content for professional audiences
Ability to independently author and explain complex Unity concepts clearly and accurately
Experience producing video-based learning content, including planning, recording, and editing
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
