About the role
- Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region.
- Lead 5-8 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives and business decision makers
- Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements.
- Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange.
- Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase market presence
- Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SaaS, Platform and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership
- Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals
- Passion for Sales Leadership, talent development and building high-performing teams
- Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to drive for alignment and results
- Experience with Channels, ISV's and System Integrators or Service Partners
