About the role
- Own and optimize the full growth funnel end-to-end: traffic → registration → activation → payment → repeat
- Develop and execute the growth strategy across paid acquisition, product growth, and monetization
- Audit, restructure, and scale acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Google and Meta
- Define, validate, and improve core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROMI) across all channels
- Build and maintain a cohort-based LTV model, clearly defining assumptions, risks, and limitations
- Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Analytics
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing for onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, messaging, and offers
- Define ROMI benchmarks and scaling thresholds for key traffic sources
- Optimize unit economics to ensure scalable and predictable growth
- Work closely with payments and risk teams to improve conversion rates, approval rates, and revenue stability
- Build growth dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure full transparency and fast decision-making
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Growth / Performance Marketing for subscription-based or social networking products
- Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROMI)
- Proven experience in scaling paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta)
- Solid background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with product and marketing data
- Experience managing growth, marketing, or media-buying teams
- Practical understanding of payment flows and monetization mechanics
- Highly motivated, ownership-driven, and result-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
- Curiosity, continuous learning, and willingness to test unconventional approaches
- Would be a plus:
- Experience working with highly competitive digital products with strict acquisition constraints
- Deep expertise in complex payment systems and monetization models
- Knowledge of the payments domain and risk-related conversion optimization
- Experience collaborating closely with product and analytics teams on growth-led roadmaps
