About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring data quality across HR systems.
  • Actively detect anomalies such as logic errors, missing data, or inconsistent formats.
  • Notify and assist site HR in resolving data issues.
  • Analyze issues related to process design, permission settings, and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with COE and IT to identify root causes and determine whether issues stem from design flaws or user misunderstandings.
  • Lead and manage projects involving system enhancements and module expansions.
  • Design data pipelines and logic for system integration involving HRDB.
  • Use Power BI and other AI tools to automate workflows and improve data validation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align and synchronize local HCM systems with the global HRDB and SAP SuccessFactors EC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS (and/or C&B) roles, preferably in a global manufacturing or multinational organization.
  • 3+ years of practical experience in database architecture and operational principles.
  • Proven experience in data integration, system enhancement, and HR analytics (Power BI preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred, such as Employee Center, Compensation, PMGM, and Succession modules).
