About the role
- Schedule appointments with an expanding customer base (no cold calling)
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors and support agents during field visits
- Perform essential administrative tasks to support advisors and agents
- Use provided training and tools to handle objections confidently
- Work in a fast-paced, in-office environment Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Bradenton office
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Organized with exceptional professional presence
- Master of telephone etiquette and client rapport-building
- Experienced in sales support, appointment mapping, or agent assistance (insurance license or experience highly desired)
- Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to punctuality and dependability
- Comfortable with Windows-based programs
- Able to work independently while thriving as a team player
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, service-oriented professional
