About the role
- Collect data for clinical device trials and specimen procurements
- Prepare and maintain regulatory forms and records
- Ensure quality and integrity of clinical data through eCRF database and on-site source verification
- Participate in site sponsor visits, trainings, and inspections
- Contribute to the development of workflow procedures
- Maintain trial data files in compliance with protocol requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience working in health care
- Associate degree in scientific discipline or health care field preferred
- Direct experience working with patients in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and clinical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, general computer systems, and ability to learn other applications as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- High level of organization, ability to multitask, ability to work as a team and independently
