About the role
- Support one or more applications or systems and serve as a subject matter expert on the workflows, content, and functionality of assigned applications
- Oversee the application team with the support of the application leader
- Participate in all stages of project implementation including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support
- Provide implementation, optimization, go-live, and post-go-live support for Epic Ambulatory applications
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to align application workflows and content with organizational needs
Requirements
- Current Epic Ambulatory Certification
- High School Diploma
- Four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience
- Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role
- Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)
- Preferred: Epic experience
- Preferred: Current Epic Ambulatory Certification
