Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and self-service tools using BI platforms to turn data into clear, impactful stories for stakeholders
Collaborate with ETL Team Lead to ensure all upstream data requirements are built to stage data for BI dashboards
Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analysis to identify trends, define KPIs, answer business questions, and deliver recommendations
Work closely with teams across the organization to understand requirements and ensure analytics align with business goals
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and practices, such as HIPAA

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Proficiency in BI tools such as Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and requirements gathering
Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Must pass a criminal background check
