About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison for branch personnel regarding deposit applications, operations, risk reviews, and exception tracking.
  • Maintain knowledge of deposit systems and operational procedures.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support.
  • Conduct quarterly cash audits and monthly risk checkpoints.
  • Review exception reports and develop plans to reduce exceptions.
  • Review teller over/short reports and assist in resolution.
  • Review cash items and collections.
  • Communicate routinely with Regional Banking Managers, Branch Managers, and Presidents.
  • Conduct routine branch visits (travel required).

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of branch banking experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multitasking ability
  • Communication, and customer interaction skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and bank software programs
