About the role
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent exploration to interviewing to offers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, division leaders, and other key stakeholders to deeply understand talent needs, align recruiting efforts with business goals, and provide guidance where needed.
- Foster a positive and memorable candidate journey by providing exceptional communication, support, and guidance throughout the application and interview process.
- Conduct thorough and insightful interviews, evaluating candidates based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Elevate United Community’s reputation as an employer that values belonging and inclusion.
- Develop and manage innovative recruiting programs, including internships and other initiatives aimed at attracting emerging talent.
- Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education/experience in a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or in a similar role
- Experience working with an ATS is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume and metric driven environment
- Ability to utilize all types of social media platforms to source for top candidates
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within the organization
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-directed, thorough, and exceptionally organized mindset
- Intermediate proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office suite products and, Excel
- Analytical and research skills
- Previous experience recruiting in financial services industry preferred
- Presentation and public speaking experience preferred
