About the role

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent exploration to interviewing to offers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, division leaders, and other key stakeholders to deeply understand talent needs, align recruiting efforts with business goals, and provide guidance where needed.
  • Foster a positive and memorable candidate journey by providing exceptional communication, support, and guidance throughout the application and interview process.
  • Conduct thorough and insightful interviews, evaluating candidates based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Elevate United Community’s reputation as an employer that values belonging and inclusion.
  • Develop and manage innovative recruiting programs, including internships and other initiatives aimed at attracting emerging talent.
  • Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education/experience in a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or in a similar role
  • Experience working with an ATS is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume and metric driven environment
  • Ability to utilize all types of social media platforms to source for top candidates
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within the organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-directed, thorough, and exceptionally organized mindset
  • Intermediate proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office suite products and, Excel
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Previous experience recruiting in financial services industry preferred
  • Presentation and public speaking experience preferred
