- Provide state‑level leadership over underwriting and portfolio management
- Oversee credit analysis, risk ratings, deal structures, and ongoing portfolio monitoring

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial credit underwriting and portfolio management
- 5+ years management/leadership experience
- Knowledge and understanding of credit policy, risk analysis and loan documentation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
