About the role
- Partner with investment advisors to increase sales, maintain client support, and resolve service issues
- Manage all aspects of client service, from communication to issue resolution and back-office processing
- Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings
- Ensure the office meets all regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings
- Establish brokerage accounts and resolve account problems
Requirements
- Active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
- Self-Motivated: Works independently and takes initiative
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Industry Knowledge: Commitment to staying current with regulatory and industry changes
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service and build relationships.
