About the role

  • Partner with Deployment teams to support end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer/Account teams to gather and translate onboarding requirements
  • Translate customer-specific business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans
  • Create and maintain user stories, onboarding workflows, and acceptance criteria for deployment activities
  • Develop process flows, system diagrams, and onboarding documentation (e.g., using Visio or similar tools)
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
  • Support configuration and integration of platform components within customer environments
  • Analyze onboarding performance, customer usage, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment processes
  • Operate within ITSM / Service Desk environments to support onboarding-related incidents, requests, and changes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between deployment and development teams

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture and product/platform design
  • Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, or deployment-focused Business Analyst roles
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
  • Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, or BMC Helix
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software development practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product and onboarding metrics
  • Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or similar)
