Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven P&L ownership for businesses exceeding $500M annually
  • Expertise in contract management
  • Senior executive delivery leadership with growth and sales experience
  • Proven experience building and sustaining C-suite client relationships
  • Experience with global delivery models
  • Proven leadership of 2,000+ onsite and offshore resources
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
