About the role

  • Understand customer goals, conduct discovery sessions, organize demos/workshops, and communicate recommendations clearly
  • Align secure, cost-effective solutions to client needs; contribute to proposals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain expert product and industry knowledge, act as an SME, and provide client-driven feedback
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Account, Delivery, and Product teams; participate in account planning and team onboarding
  • Provide strategic advice on modernization, outsourcing, and operations to support client objectives
  • Recommend and implement collaborative strategies for solutions and offerings
  • Facilitate alignment among clients, partners, and Unisys stakeholders
  • Apply banking expertise to sales and promotional efforts
  • Pursue business development and identify growth opportunities in FS Solutions, BPO, and CPF
  • Define, position, and price financial solutions; conduct client and market analyses
  • Oversee daily FS solution operations, ensure service quality, and address issues promptly
  • Co-lead marketing and go-to-market campaigns to boost market presence
  • Use market intelligence to inform product vision and strategy
  • Develop business plans, go-to-market approaches, and compelling value propositions
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and ROI improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in the financial sector, especially banks/mortgage/fintech
  • Proven banking consultative sales record
  • Detailed knowledge of UK/European banking regulations
  • Consultative, analytical, and customer-centric approach
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Native English proficiency
  • Commercial awareness, teamwork, leadership, initiative, and goal orientation
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally
