About the role
- Oversee project teams, ensuring program goals are reached on time.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Work with the business owners and developer teams (technically and functionally).
- Coach team members.
- Host daily stand-up meetings.
- Manage the product backlog
- Remove roadblocks
- Organize and define policies/process and procedures
- Manage the Azure Dev Ops application and an agile development cycle:
- Define sprints, update and document workflow and tasks.
- Run code reviews and manage pipeline iteration.
- Manage test cases, quality assurance, testing and documenting developed tasks, stories, features, and epics in ADO.
- Keep the agile process moving and communicate issues, risk, and delays.
- Manage a “Black Book” for developed product.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior experience in a development position
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SDK products
- Ability to read and write code
