About the role
- Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
- Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
- Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
- Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in France
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience in negotiation and closing transactions (end-to-end)
- Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate closing processes
- Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV
- Experience in real estate, telecommunications, renewables, infrastructure, or finance
