About the role

  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in France

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiation and closing transactions (end-to-end)
  • Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate closing processes
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV
  • Experience in real estate, telecommunications, renewables, infrastructure, or finance
