About the role
- Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads and set calls between property owners and Account Managers.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to call settings and deal progression.
- Actively monitor and manage the origination waterfall to ensure a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Provide user-experience and process feedback related to data mining, CRM workflows, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development to help maintain a competitive market position.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call-center or inside sales environment.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone.
- Working knowledge of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV.
- Familiarity with the real estate transaction and closing process is a plus.
- Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy is an advantage.
- Some college education or equivalent professional experience required.
