About the role
- Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
- Act as the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking prospects using a consultative sales approach
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and deal closings
- Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasting
- Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
- Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Spain
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience negotiating and closing end-to-end transactions
- Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
