About the role
- Independently manage your pipeline: Lead → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Close
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients/partners with an advisory sales approach
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets and actively manage funnel conversion
- Ensure pipeline quality through KPIs (activity, conversion, forecast)
- Contribute to lead generation, CRM usage and origination processes
- Work closely with internal teams and contribute to strategic initiatives in the German market
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience in sales/business development
- Proven negotiation skills and experience closing deals end-to-end
- Strong commercial acumen and structured pipeline management
- Fluent German; English is a plus
