About the role

  • Independently manage your pipeline: Lead → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Close
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients/partners with an advisory sales approach
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets and actively manage funnel conversion
  • Ensure pipeline quality through KPIs (activity, conversion, forecast)
  • Contribute to lead generation, CRM usage and origination processes
  • Work closely with internal teams and contribute to strategic initiatives in the German market

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent relevant experience in sales/business development
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience closing deals end-to-end
  • Strong commercial acumen and structured pipeline management
  • Fluent German; English is a plus
