• Responsible for supporting our sales activities in the field, specifically in the Southeast U.S. area
• Conduct pre-sale demonstration and post-sale training of Unirac products
• Support maintaining and developing customer relationships through frequent customer calls
• Receive feedback from customers and gather competitor intelligence information
• Coordinate resources and materials for training
• Train other sales personnel and plan schedules for upcoming events
• Plan and execute product orientation trainings and field trials with customers
• Perform field support for new products including training plan development
