About the role

  • Own and administer the Adaptive Planning environment
  • Maintain and update Adaptive Planning structures to reflect current management reporting and Workday actuals, including cost centers, chart of accounts, entities, and other dimensions
  • Assist and resolve technical issues for end users
  • Lead the forecast and budget rollup process in Adaptive Planning
  • Manage month-end Workday integration and forecast roll-forward
  • Manage input of Uniphore Quarterly and Monthly Management reporting and forecasting into Adaptive Planning Environment
  • Manage input of Uniphore annual budget into Adaptive Planning Environment

Requirements

  • Admin or superuser of Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, or equivalent planning/ERP systems
  • Extensive experience resolving technical issues in planning/ERP platforms
  • System implementation/integration experience (Workday integrations, Adaptive Planning model builds)
  • Experienced with Workday and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems
  • Accounting background with solid understanding of balance sheet and cash flow modeling
  • Good to have: Consulting experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday practice
  • Exposure to Workday reporting tools
  • Experience with Adaptive Office Connect or similar reporting add-on.
