About the role
- Own the messaging, positioning, and narrative for ActionIQ as a core part of Uniphore’s AI and agentic automation strategy.
Develop customer-facing content and sales assets including solution briefs, product presentations, competitive battlecards, and more.
Drive integrated GTM plans and collaborate with demand gen, sales, and partner teams to launch new features, campaigns, and sales plays.
Define and differentiate how ActionIQ enables Business AI outcomes, especially in regulated industries with complex data governance needs.
Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization based on market insights, buyer needs, and sales feedback.
Serve as a subject matter expert and spokesperson in internal enablement sessions and external-facing opportunities (webinars, analyst briefings, events).
Track and analyze performance of key initiatives to inform strategy, including win/loss trends, adoption metrics, and message resonance.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B enterprise software, CDP, Martech, or data/AI platforms.
Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape, customer data management, and the evolving role of AI in enterprise CX.
Proven ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning—backed by customer insight and market data.
Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams to drive pipeline and win deals.
Strong storytelling skills and a portfolio of assets or launches that demonstrate GTM leadership.
Highly cross-functional mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
