Procurement

• Provide an efficient, strategic procurement service with structured flexibility to deliver best quality of service and optimum value for money
• Market analysis and inventory profiling to determine stock requirements for forecasting and reordering
• Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure continuity of supply to customers while also being mindful and focussed on working capital (stock holding) targets

Procurement Coordinator

Accounts Payable

• New supplier/principal set up following approval by the business
• Process stock invoices and code to accounts payable (AP) ledger and general ledger (GL)
• Scanning all stock & non-stock invoices to the system ensuring complete transparency
• Process supplier payments to agreed terms using electronic banking and record in AP ledger and GL
• Approval process for non-stock invoices and code to general ledger (GL)
• Process debit notes, fully recording reason and coding accurately to the AP ledger and GL
• Monitor IC balances and ensure timely settlements. Liaise with financial accountants
• Monitor cash balances always liaising with Treasury
• Reconcile supplier accounts, matching payments in a timely manner to ensure ledger is up to date
• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis (or as required)
• Close reconciling items in a timely manner
• Escalate any material open items to the Team Leader for resolution
• Prepare monthly AP reports for the business e.g. top 10 suppliers by sales
• Review, follow up, and resolve aged GRNI items. Keep reporting team informed of any P&L or BS impact at review at weekly AP meeting
• Respond to supplier requests /queries in a timely fashion to build and maintain supplier satisfaction
• Develop and maintain productive working relationship with finance , purchasing teams and stakeholders, both internal and external

Territory Manager, Surgical

Manager

• Provide on-boarding, education and continued support on the patient support programme(s) to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Act as the direct point of contact for specific HCP queries on patient status
• Educate HCPs on available patient support programme(s) and assist with referral methods
• Schedule appointments with Immunology HCPs who wish to enroll patients
• Provide referral and patient support materials and demonstrate the online referral portal
• Assist specialist units with enquiries and follow up on patient-specific queries and case reviews
• Assist with online portal queries and liaise with IT to resolve issues
• Identify and deliver agreed service enhancements and share feedback with client and Point of Care management
• Be responsible for the training schedule of all units and develop strong working relationships with key specialist units

Compliance

• The Quality & Regulatory Administrator will work within the QCRS team to support on Quality, Regulatory and Compliance matters. The QCRS team are a central support team to all Uniphar Medtech Businesses. The primary purpose of the role is to manage the ongoing maintenance of our regulatory requirements ensuring we meet and exceed our contractual and regulatory obligations, providing best practice in QMS.
• Responsibility for identifying regulatory requirements within Medical Device Regulation. Understanding legislation and applying it to each Business.
• Review and approval of Regulatory documentation for new vendor and product set up.
• Recording and monitoring of classification of products and identification of any registration or licencing requirements.
• Overseeing and managing inbound queries to the QCRS team from Suppliers, Customers, internal stakeholders & Competent Authorities.
• Contributing to preparation of KPI reporting for the team.
• Supporting on administrative tasks as required.
• Assisting in carrying out internal audits & preparing for external audits.
• Provide cover & support in other areas of the team during periods of high volume or annual leave.

Quality and Regulatory Administrator

Operations

• Back-office role supporting medical device distribution operations
• Ensure seamless execution of kit bookings, order processing, inventory transactions and loan kit coordination
• Monitor ERP/WMS to maintain compliance, traceability and service reliability
• Process daily order bookings, kit requests, late kit requests and delivery instructions in ERP/WMS
• Maintain ERP inventory accuracy (batch/serial traceability, stock location, expiry updates)
• Coordinate surgical loan kit dispatches and returns, including reprocessing and decontamination records if needed
• Support stock initiatives and manage stock at risk of expiry or obsolescence
• Liaise with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
• Role is a specified purpose contract anticipated to end in September 2026
