About the role

  • Disciplinary leadership of the hydropower young talent development program
  • Further development of the program for the targeted development of junior staff
  • Imparting technical and administrative knowledge
  • Targeted implementation of a safety, health and environmental protection (SHE) culture in training
  • Coordination and continuous optimization of training
  • Coordination of training focus areas
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with cooperation partners, educational institutions and industry associations

Requirements

  • Completed diploma/master's degree in engineering (ideally electrical engineering)
  • Relevant hands-on operational experience with technical plants/equipment
  • Leadership experience, preferably in the context of vocational/company training
  • Trainer certification (Ausbilderschein) desirable
  • Business-fluent German
  • Basic English skills desirable
  • Mobility (driving licence, Category B)
