About the role
- Disciplinary leadership of the hydropower young talent development program
- Further development of the program for the targeted development of junior staff
- Imparting technical and administrative knowledge
- Targeted implementation of a safety, health and environmental protection (SHE) culture in training
- Coordination and continuous optimization of training
- Coordination of training focus areas
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with cooperation partners, educational institutions and industry associations
- Responsible for recruiting and marketing activities
- Participation in special projects
- Support in budget, medium-term and succession planning
Requirements
- Completed diploma/master's degree in engineering (ideally electrical engineering)
- Relevant hands-on operational experience with technical plants/equipment
- Leadership experience, preferably in the context of vocational/company training
- Trainer certification (Ausbilderschein) desirable
- Business-fluent German
- Basic English skills desirable
- Mobility (driving licence, Category B)
