About the role
- During the 18–24 month trainee program, you will build a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the market environment.
- Learn from subject-matter experts, expand your network, and lead your own projects where you can contribute ideas.
- Participate in an active trainee community, attend numerous training courses and development opportunities, and network with peers.
- Begin your program in People & Organisation (P&O) for the first six months, then rotate flexibly across the organization according to your individual career path and interests.
- Design your own placement plan and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor.
- In your home unit (P&O), contribute to integrating AI into HR processes, leveraging automation to optimize workflows and drive digital transformation across P&O functions.
- Your work will support the transition toward a more data-driven and digitally enabled P&O function.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong digital mindset and a keen interest in the digital transformation of HR.
- Relevant practical experience gained through internships and/or working-student roles; intercultural experience is a plus.
- Motivation to learn and grow in an international environment; proactive, self-driven, and able to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build networks among stakeholders, and strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluent English required; German or other languages are a plus.
