About the role
- Support for application management of our cloud-based IT services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure applications, SaaS tools)
- Analysis, monitoring and documentation of system resilience
- Participation in optimizing error and incident handling processes
- Support in automating recovery and failover procedures
- Close collaboration with the IT team on quality assurance tasks
- Creation and updating of technical documentation and guidelines
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related degree programme
- Strong interest in cloud architectures, modern SaaS solutions and IT operations
- Initial experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 or similar environments is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enjoyment of complex technical challenges
- Good German and English skills
