• At Union, solving hard AI infrastructure challenges enabling high-velocity iteration while maintaining production-readiness for AI workloads at scale.
• Work on Flyte, open-source project for data and AI orchestration used by LinkedIn, Spotify, Gojek.
• Reporting into Engineering as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong front-end focus; work across front-end, backend, infrastructure.
• Create high-quality, scalable, maintainable code and APIs leveraging backend and frontend technologies.
• Influence development of user-centric features for data scientists and engineers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code and design reviews across teams.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and bias towards impact; pick up work that needs to get done.
• Work independently on large, ambiguous problems.
• Use React to build modern, interactive web applications with attention to usability and accessibility.
• Use TypeScript or JavaScript for client-side logic at scale and NodeJS for server-side development and API integration.
• Expectation to be in-office.

• Design and build distributed systems backend services (APIs, Kubernetes controllers, etc) and client components to install, manage, and observe Union services in a Kubernetes native environment
• Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a high-performing, collaborative engineering team
• Design, implement, and optimize distribution strategies for managing a complex platform in customer-controlled environments
• Work across multiple cloud vendors including AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI as well as neo-cloud providers
• Develop and maintain services and tooling to improve reliability, security, and performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code and design reviews
• Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and Support teams to improve customer experience
• Frontend expertise is a bonus

• Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases Union.ai
• Write and/or edit articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content
• Own and manage a content calendar
• Event Marketing & Strategy: Design and execute our event strategy across conferences, virtual events, and meetups (in partnership with Developer Relations)
• Own the company's event calendar
• Manage end-to-end event execution, from marketing collateral to lead generation
• Strategic Marketing: Help define Union.ai's marketing strategy during this critical growth phase
• Support demand generation initiatives and lead nurturing campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams
